The Tools of the Trade
In doing any job, there are necessary tools. These tools change over time, evolve to meet the changing demands of the task, to reflect the surrounding culture, environments, beliefs. Some tools stick around for ages, generations, handed down from one individual to another. They are well worn with earned patinas. Modern cultures haven't gotten away from such long standing tools of the trade. Below I share a link to the tools of the trade in beekeeping, they aren't every tool, but they are to tools I use the most. What are the tools of your trade?
Tools of the Trade! What an interesting blog, thank you for sharing! Currently I am a student, but I have begun a graduate assistantship recently surrounding leadership development. While there are so many books out there in the world about leadership development, the tools of the trade including in leadership development has to include intentionality and awareness of student needs! Understanding every person is a leader and cultivating their leadership is what pushes development forward!
